Imagine the Glory to God – the Body of Christ united in solidarity, remembering the Passion of Christ and calling upon the divine intervention of Our Lord Jesus to send us His Holy Spirit, to silence the power of evil, to stop violence and to create peace in our world and in our hearts EVERY DAY @ THE HOUR OF MERCY!
Background
Some people believe that Jesus truly spoke these words to St. Faustina, and have been praying at the Hour of Mercy (The Time Jesus died) for the grace of God for many years, all over the world. Some people do not believe that Jesus appeared to St. Fausina, but I don’t think any Christian, of any denomination, would question the glory we can give Our Holy Lord Jesus by stopping at the time He died for us 3pm (in our local time zones) to remember how much He suffered to save us and to pray for all souls as ONE united Body of Christ.
Jesus died on the Cross for us at 3pm, a brutal agonizing death by crucifixion! We know that from the Scriptures. How much glory can we give Jesus by remembering His Passion and His infinite sacrifice each day at the time He died for us? Jesus suffered so much to save us; let us make 3pm a solemn moment each day in our lives, a moment of prayer and remembrance.
Will you stand at the foot of the Cross of Jesus every day at the time He died for you, 3pm?
Will you join the global movement of Christians who are uniting in prayer at this solemn time, 3pm, in their respective local time zones, to pray for God’s mercy upon all souls, if but for a few sacred moments? And if 3pm locally is not possible for you to stop to pray then choose another time zone and honour Jesus by remembering His Passion and praying for His grace upon all at that time daily.

Never in the history of the world have Christians of multiple denominations joined together in prayer DAILY at the time Our Lord Jesus died for us (3pm) to thank God for His love and sacrifice and to pray for His mercy upon all souls, as we contemplate the Passion of Christ.

SEVEN REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN THE MERCY MOVEMENT!
1. JESUS PRAYED THAT HIS BELIEVERS BE ONE!
“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” John 17: 20-21
We have an unprecedented opportunity to fulfill the prayer Our Lord Jesus prayed for us by coming together every day @ The Hour of Mercy to thank Jesus for dying for us as we pray for an outpouring of His Holy Spirit upon the whole world.
2. THE POWER OF TEMPTATION WILL DIE AS YOU REMEMBER THE PASSION OF CHRIST
JESUS said “Pray that you will not enter into temptation.” Luke 22:40
Remembering the Passion of Christ every day will change your heart! As you remember how much Jesus suffered to save us, the power of temptation over you will die as you rise to answer the call of Jesus to love and to forgive as He loved and forgave us.
3. THE PASSION OF CHRIST MOTIVATES REPENTANCE AND HELPS US TO FORGIVE ONE ANOTHER
JESUS prayed, “Father forgive them…” Luke 23:34
The daily remembrance of Jesus being crucified, praying to The Father to forgive us, motivates repentance and helps us to forgive those who have hurt us. As we stop every day to remember The Passion of Christ we are called to tell Jesus how much we love Him and how sorry we are for our sins! The great mercy of God motivates our mercy towards one another.

4. OUR PRAYERS WILL HELP TO SAVE SOULS AND TO SILENCE THE POWER OF EVIL IN OUR WORLD

Spiritual intimacy with Our Lord Jesus is created as we stop to remember the greatness of His love.

Our personal relationship with Jesus grows each time we stop to remember His Passion and pray for His Mercy. The Passion of Christ motivates our zeal and perseverance for the good works of God.
6. WE HONOUR JESUS AND GOD THE FATHER AS WE STOP TO PRAY AND REMEMBER THE PASSION OF CHRIST
Jesus asks, “Do you love me?” John 21:17

The Mercy Movement invites all followers of Jesus to come together every day at the Time Jesus died for us to say. “Yes Jesus I Love YOU! Please forgive us for our sins and help us to honour You and fulfill the plans You have for us. Please send us Your Holy Spirit to silence the power of the evil one and to create peace, hope and love in our world so broken by sin and violence!”
7. ONLY JESUS HAS THE POWER TO STOP SUFFERING, TO END VIOLENCE, TO CREATE FAITH, PEACE, HOPE AND LOVE

Jesus loves you and He died for you! Let’s make every day remembrance day! Let’s unite in prayer at 3pm and let’s build a community of prayer that circles the globe and silences the forces of evil, creating peace and justice by summoning the omnipotence of Our Lord Jesus to change the world, one soul at a time!
Only the Holy Spirit can convince people to love and not hate, helping us to reconcile with God and with one another, stopping violence, war and injustice, healing our world, saving souls and creating peace and prosperity.

Let us honour Jesus by doing this small thing. Let us never let a day go by without stopping to remember the Passion of Christ and to thank Jesus for dying for us. This daily remembrance of Our Lord’s Passion will change your heart and your life! Temptation will have no grip on you as you remember how much Jesus suffered to save us!
