A Sacred Time to Bless You

What if you could do something every day that would result in God blessing you and our world?

Would you do it?

A SACRED TIME

Do you know what time it was when Jesus died on the Cross?

It was three o’clock.  We know that from the Scriptures.

“At noon, darkness fell across the whole land until three o’clock.  Then at three o’clock Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?” which means “My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?” Some of the bystanders misunderstood and thought he was calling for the prophet Elijah.  One of them ran and filled a sponge with sour wine, holding it up to him on a reed stick so he could drink. “Wait!” he said. “Let’s see whether Elijah comes to take him down!”  Then Jesus uttered another loud cry and breathed his last.”  Mark 15: 34-36

Three o’clock is a Sacred Time.

It is the Time Our Lord Jesus paid the price of our salvation!

Imagine the opportunity for all believers of Christ to remember the greatest love the world has ever known and will ever know, the love of Our Saviour Jesus Christ poured out on the Cross.

“There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” John 15:13

Friends of Christ, I invite all of you to consider doing one small thing that will give God glory and bless you and the world.

That small thing is this:

STOP and PRAY and REMEMBER THE PASSION OF CHRIST and THANK JESUS FOR DYING FOR US EVERY DAY @ 3 o’clock.

Now you may be thinking at 3 o’clock I am usually in a meeting or driving to pick up my children at school and unable to stop, so to you I say pick another 3 o’clock time zone that will be convenient for you to stop and acknowledge this Sacred Time.

So many people in our world are lost in darkness!

Criminals need our prayers.  They need someone to pray for them.  Be that person and help to stop violence and crime.

Children are being abused, trafficked and violated.  They need someone to pray for them.  Be that person to help a little child be protected and saved from harm.

Innocent people are suffering from poverty, war, discrimination, so many forms of injustice.  They need someone to pray for them. Be that person!

A SACRED TIME TO CHANGE THE HEART, THE MIND AND THE WORLD

Imagine how God will smile on those that stop every day to say ‘Thank You Jesus for loving us so much that you would die for us!”

Imagine the grace that God will give us as we bring all our needs, our hopes and our dreams for a better world to Jesus with trust, with penitent hearts and with hope.

When we remember The Passion of Christ, the infinite price Jesus paid for our salvation, something happens that is life-changing.

Temptation dies as we remember how much Jesus suffered to save us!

Hope is born as we contemplate the greatness of God’s love.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” John 3: 16-17

JESUS IS SO WORTHY OF THIS SACRED TIME BEING REMEMBERED

The angels of God “…sang in a mighty chorus: “Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered— to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing.”  Revelation 5:12

Let us join the Angels of God in a Sacred Moment of Remembrance every day @ The Time Jesus died for us, 3 o’clock.  Three o’clock is the Hour of Mercy.

Let us join together in remembering the Sacrifice of Jesus as we pray for God’s Mercy upon all souls.

Let us be ONE Body of Christ uniting in praise and thanksgiving every day @ The Hour of Mercy.

God will hear our prayers and He will send us His Holy Spirit to bless us, to inspire us, to help us to turn us away from sin and to guide us to understand and do His Holy Will.

We call this movement to unite believers of Jesus at the Sacred Time that He died for us, The Mercy Movement.

Please consider joining The Mercy Movement that is giving glory to God as we stop to remember Jesus dying for us, every day @ the Hour of Mercy, 3 o’clock.

Before Jesus became the Resurrected Christ, He was the Crucified Christ.  The resurrection proves to us that Jesus conquered death, but the crucifixion reminds us of the greatness of His love, of the ugliness of our sins and of the worthiness of Our Lord to be remembered for His Sacrifice that opens the gates of heaven to us.

“Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.”  Romans 8:34

Believe in the power of our united prayer.  Let us go to Jesus every day to say “Thank you for dying for us Lord.  Help us to honour You.  Send us Your Holy Spirit to enable us to conquer evil and to love as You will.  You are our hope and we trust in You Jesus and we will never forget Your Sacrifice!  Transform us through the greatness of Your love to be all that You want us to be.  In Your Name Jesus we pray.”
