Today let Jesus comfort you as you place all your worries in His hands.

Let me tell you something that will likely make you laugh.  (p.s. this is the truth).  As a young woman in my early 20’s I imagined God to be very busy. With so many things for Him to do, I didn’t want to bother Him.  So at night before I went to sleep I used to say to the Virgin Mary, “Mary, please tell God I love Him. I’m sure He must be very busy so I don’t want to bother Him because at the moment I really don’t have any problems.  Ok good night. I love you too Mary!”  As I grew up and had children of my own, life’s problems found me and in the next 20 years I discovered that God was available to take my calls directly. So I began speaking to Jesus because I realized He had time for me.  I realized He wasn’t too busy and this realization was probably as a result of my mama Mary interceding for me by bringing my messages of love to God.

So today, know how much Jesus loves you!  Reflect on this Scripture knowing He is speaking to you and let the stress flow out of you

Jesus said to His apostles, “Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Matthew 11:29

“Take my yoke upon you” means embrace the commandments of Our Lord Jesus, learn from His teaching and believe in Him for He is wise; let Him give you the courage and strength and peace associated with doing His Holy Will.

In times of trouble…

“Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.” Psalms 55:22

“The LORD is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.” Psalms 9:9

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Psalms 46:1

This is God’s message to you: “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life.  I will advise you and watch over you.”  Psalm 32:8

Know that you are never alone! Jesus is always at your side ready to help you.  He’s never too busy to talk to you.

I love You Jesus!  You are my inspiration and my hope.  You are my heart’s desire Jesus! Thank You for saving me!  I trust in You Holy One!  I will never stop singing Your praises!  Glory to You Almighty God, Father and Son and Holy Spirit!
