“He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!”  Revelation 21:5

Jesus looked at them intently and said, “For humans it’s impossible, but not for God. All things are possible for God.”  Mark 10:27

As this year comes to a close, let us anticipate the New Year by entrusting our lives, our health, our plans, our problems, our relationships all to God who can make all things new!

Holy Lord,

We need Your divine assistance and guidance.  Help us to resolve the problems that we face.  Give us courage in the face of adversity.  Grant us health and strength to be able to pursue the plans you have for us.

Where there is darkness and confusion, illuminate the way.  Where there is anxiety and fear, let your love bring peace, hope, calm and security.  Let our lives be fully dedicated to you so that we can be instruments of Your love fully dedicated to pleasing You and giving You glory.

Only You Jesus knows what is best for us.  Only You Lord can heal our lives, our bodies, our minds, our relationships and our world.  For Your pure satisfaction Jesus send forth Your Holy Spirit upon us and make miracles so we can shine like stars guiding souls to You to receive Your forgiveness, Your blessing and Your holy inspiration.

To You we surrender our past, our present and our future.  We offer You our remorse for our sins and our resolve to bear fruit proving to You that we are truly, truly, sorry for having offended You.

As we stop daily at the Hour of Mercy, The Time You died for us, 3pm, to remember Your Passion and to pray for all souls, help us to see how infinite Your love is for us.  Silence the power of temptation over us and write Your holy name, Jesus, upon our hearts.  We belong to You and we grieve our sins and rejoice in Your willingness to forgive us and make all things new!

We trust in You Jesus and we thank You Holy God, Our Father, Our Saviour and Our Holy Spirit for loving us, for forgiving us and for guiding us day-by-day, moment-by-moment.

Your love is infinite Lord!  It is all powerful!  We are Your children and we give You the sacrifice You will not despise:  “My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.” Psalm 51:17

With faith, with hope and with love, we renew our dedication to You.  Be with us in every moment.  Let Your power of healing, heal our brokenness and our illnesses.  Let Your love open our minds to know what it is that You want us to focus on. Let Your priorities be our priorities.  Let Your plans be our plans and let us be all that You want us to be.

Jesus You say, ” “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.”  We ask You for the power to conquer evil, temptation, anxiety and fear.  With reverence and with penitent hearts we ask for Your blessing, for Your healing and for new beginnings that will allow us to be truly the people You want us to be, people of faith, people of hope, people of love, people who can accomplish all things through Your infinite power.

We love You Jesus!  We trust in You!  We pray in Your Holy Name Jesus with the faith that moves mountains!
