UPDATE:  As of March 25, 2021 we have yet to receive a response from Pope Francis or the Vatican to the following letter.  We continue to petition Church leaders to encourage Christians to stop daily at the Time Our Lord Jesus died for us, 3pm, to remember the Passion of Christ and pray for the mercy of God upon our suffering world.  God will hear our prayers!

Caro Papa Francesco,

This letter is a follow-up to a letter sent to you via the Canadian Nuncio, His Excellency, Most Rev. Luigi Bonazzi on April 1st, 2020 

Once again so many parts of our world are on lock-down as we approach the solemn celebration of Christmas, and the urgency to unite in solidarity as ‘fratelli tutti’ has never been greater!

We are writing to you to ask for your URGENT assistance and participation in the historic peace movement, A Peaceful Revolution in the Name of Jesus Christ, a global initiative to unite Christians in a daily, powerful experience of prayer and remembrance of the Passion of Christ, at the Time Our Lord Jesus died for us, 3pm.

All over the world Christians are uniting at the Hour of Mercy, the Time Jesus died for us, 3pm (in our local time zones), to remember the Passion of Christ, to thank Jesus for dying for us and to ask Jesus to send His Holy Spirit upon our suffering world to silence the power of evil, to end violence and to reconcile man to God.  At this most difficult time, as the world unites to fight a global pandemic, we are urging the Body of Christ to remember God’s Promise for healing:

“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14

This peace movement has already received over twenty-one million positive responses from people all over the world communicating worldwide support for the unity of the Body of Christ.  Together we unite daily as ‘fratelli tutti’ to pray for Our Holy Lord Jesus to send His Holy Spirit upon our world to create peace and bring healing and reconciliation to our suffering world.

Will you help join us in prayer daily at the Hour of Mercy to remember the greatest love the world has ever known and will ever know, the love of Our Saviour Jesus Christ?  Will you summon the faithful to join in to unite the world as ‘fratelli tutti’ (all brothers and sisters in Christ) believing in the power of our united prayer?

This petition is on behalf of Christians all over the world, united daily in prayer and in remembrance of the Passion of Christ at the Hour of Mercy, The Time Jesus died for us, 3pm.  We believe in the infinite love of Our Lord Jesus Christ and we call upon His mercy upon our broken, suffering world. The memory of the Passion of Christ transforms our hearts and our minds, calling us to love as Jesus loved us.
